What inspired you to found Digital Robots, and how has your entrepreneurial journey shaped the company’s mission?
Technology has fascinated me since childhood—I was always curious about how things worked and how technology could create impact.
Around eight years ago, when I was an intern performing very different tasks, that passion turned into action. Even though automation wasn’t part of my role, I began to teach myself how to create small automations—writing code, scripts, and macros—so I could work more productively.
At that time, most organizations barely used automation, and as I experimented on my own, it suddenly clicked: this is incredible, it can have a far greater impact, this is the future—and this is only the beginning.
I realized that what I was building was just the first spark of something that could grow into full, end-to-end, enterprise-wide automation—much bigger, much more strategic, much more transformative.
That conviction shaped my journey and became the heart of Digital Robots.
Today, that same passion inspires our team and defines our mission: to help organizations dramatically increase productivity, generate measurable and scalable impact, and free their people to focus on higher-value, strategic work that drives long-term growth.
It also fuels our vision of becoming the global leader in Hyperautomation services, where AI-Powered Automation and Agentic Automation deliver the next generation of fully autonomous, strategically orchestrated business operations.
As a founder and CEO, what leadership lessons have you learned in scaling a tech company?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that finding and betting on the right people from day one is essential.
