First Peoples Fund to Honor Six Native Artists with 2025 Jennifer Easton Community Spirit Awards

The celebration will feature live music performances, delicious refreshments, and heartfelt recognition of these six extraordinary artists whose lifework continues to shape and sustain the Indigenous Arts Ecology.

“This annual celebration is more than an event—it is a gathering of community, culture, and generosity,” said Lori Pourier (Oglala Lakota), Founder and Senior Fellow of First Peoples Fund. “Artists are changemakers in our communities nationally—and so artists restore history and our identity.”
