The IT practice posted 33% market share growth and a 7.14% increase in revenue year over year.

Tandym’s progress comes as the broader US IT staffing market contracted by 6% in 2024, according to SIA. The 2025 SIA update also notes fewer firms meeting the $100m threshold in IT staffing, highlighting the challenging background which Tandym outperformed.
