Midwest Institutional Trust Company (MITC) announces appointment of Tamara Antholine to Transition Manager of Midwest Institutional Trust Services and Midwest Taft-Hartley Services

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Aug. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Midwest Institutional Trust Company announced the appointment of Tamara Antholine, a seasoned professional in the institutional trust services community, to Transition Manager of Midwest Institutional Trust Services (MITS) and Midwest Taft-Hartley Services (MTHS). Ms. Antholine will be responsible for coordinating with clients and their current service providers to develop and implement conversion plans to transfer client’s assets and records to Midwest Institutional Trust Company. Her primary focus is ensuring accurate plan asset transfers, managing the asset re-registration process with prior providers, clients, and investment related professionals, and reconciling transferred assets.

Ms. Antholine has more than 25 years of trust experience and has been with the Company for 17 years. She began her career as a part of the Risk and Compliance team supporting the activities of Institutional Trust Services. Through this role, Ms. Antholine established and implemented compliance practices and procedures to mitigate risk to clients and, in turn, the entire enterprise. In 2012, she migrated to client service as a Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to team manager in 2015.
